Refund Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

This policy explains refunds for iElevate. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. iElevate is provided by Ronan Stannett trading as iElevate Software (ABN: 44 292 574 302), a sole trader based in Australia.

iElevate is free during the beta

While iElevate is in beta, nothing is for sale: no licence, no subscription, no upgrade. You don't pay anything to download or use it, so there is nothing to refund.

Before we sell anything, we'll update this policy to say exactly how refunds work for it.

The Kickstarter campaign

We plan to fund iElevate 1.0 through a Kickstarter campaign. Pledges are made and paid on Kickstarter, under Kickstarter's own terms, and Kickstarter only charges backers if the campaign reaches its goal. If you back the campaign and something goes wrong with your reward, email us and we'll help.

Your rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If iElevate has a major problem, you can choose a refund or a replacement, and you may be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. A major problem includes when the app:

  • doesn't do what we told you it would;
  • isn't fit for a purpose we said it was suitable for; or
  • has a fault you wouldn't have accepted if you'd known about it.

For minor problems, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.
